Payment

Accounts are payable on the day of your consult. We have EFTPOS facilities, and also accept cash or cheque. A surcharge applies on all credit card payments. AMEX and Diners cards are not accepted. Medicare rebates can be claimed through us if you have a valid referral from your GP for psychologist services under Medicare. However, we are not a bulk billing practice, a gap payment applies and you must pay the full fee before claiming a rebate from Medicare. Please contact us to find out about our current rates.

Services requested outside of session times, such as school visits or liaising with other professionals, will attract additional fees together with your consult fee. Please discuss these with your individual therapist.

Late cancellation and “No Show” will attract a fee being the full private consult amount (no rebate is available for this charge). If you are unable to keep your appointment/s please give at least 24 hours notice. Our goal is to ensure that as many of our limited appointments are available to provide optimal service for all our clients.

We do provide a courtesy service that sends you a SMS reminder the day before your appointment. Please note this service is a courtesy, and you are responsible for remembering your appointment date/s.
