Grace is a warm and encouraging psychologist, who is passionate about supporting individuals to work towards living a more fulfilling and meaningful life for themselves. Her aim is to create a safe and inviting space, approaching sessions with gentleness, curiosity, and care. Her therapeutic style is integrative, balancing evidence-based practice, with a person-centred and collaborative approach.
Grace has a range of experience working with varied presentations including eating disorders, trauma, challenges with self-esteem, and navigating seasons of change & adjustment. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals and their families navigating body image and disordered eating concerns, with previous experience working in the inpatient, outpatient, and private practice setting.
Grace currently works with individuals 12+ and families.
