Jess is a dedicated and compassionate clinical psychologist with 15 years experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals managing complex mental health issues.
With a career spanning both the public health sector and clinical private practice she specialises in trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders. Jess also has a special interest in working with autism, ADHD and adjustment to chronic illness/autoimmune
concerns (chronic fatigue, arthritis, POTS etc).
Jess holds General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) and an endorsement in Clinical Psychology. She earned her Master of Psychology (Clinical) from Curtin University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours) from the University of Western Australia.
Jess provides both short and long-term therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents and adults grounded in attachment-based frameworks. She is proficient in delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Jess’s professional approach is rooted in creating a neuro-affirming and empathetic environment, especially for neuro-divergent and complex mental health clients. Her commitment to client-focused care is evident in her ability to foster therapeutic relationships and adapt evidence-based techniques to the unique needs of each individual. Jess remains committed to supporting individuals in achieving meaningful improvements in their mental health and overall well-being.
