Sherri Murphy

Sherri is a registered psychologist and has experience working in alcohol and other drugs settings with clients across the lifespan and from diverse cultures. Sherri’s therapeutic approach is client-centred and collaborative, and she takes a holistic approach to therapy, integrating a broad spectrum of treatment modalities to suit the individual needs of her clients. Sherri takes an empathic and respectful stance to her clinical work and considers it a privilege to help people understand their current difficulties and find new ways to respond and cope. Her areas of interest include anxiety and mood disorders, self-esteem issues, stress, grief and loss, interpersonal/relationship conflicts, trauma reactions and addiction.
