Catherine Brennan

Catherine is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in private practice since 2012.

Catherine works primarily with adults. She is passionate about helping people understand why they think, feel and behave the way they do, believing that greater self-awareness often creates the foundation for meaningful change.

Catherine takes a warm, collaborative and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She strives to create a space where clients feel understood, supported and able to explore the experiences, beliefs and patterns that may be contributing to their current difficulties. While she works with a broad range of presentations, she has particular interests in attachment and relationship difficulties, trauma, perfectionism, self-criticism, anxiety and self-esteem concerns.

Catherine draws upon evidence-based therapies, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals and circumstances. She values building genuine therapeutic relationships and helping clients create lasting and meaningful change.
