Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services
Supporting workplace wellbeing
Vivid Psychology provides confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and workplace counselling services to organisations throughout Perth.
We work with organisations to develop an EAP service that meets the specific needs of their workforce. Our service can be tailored to suit organisations of all sizes, providing timely access to professional psychological support.
EAP Counselling Perth
Supporting healthier, more resilient workplaces
Employees can access support for both work-related and personal concerns, including:
- Stress and burnout
- Anxiety and depression
- Workplace conflict
- Trauma and critical incidents
- Grief and loss
- Relationship difficulties
- Adjustment to change
- Work-life balance
- Addictions
Our dedicated intake and triage team works with each employee to understand their presenting concerns and match them with the psychologist whose experience and expertise best meets their needs. With a team of 15 psychologists, we are able to provide timely access to appropriate care.
All psychologists at Vivid Psychology have completed a minimum of six years of university education, with many having completed postgraduate qualifications and advanced training in specialised areas of psychology.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Professional counselling for workplace wellbeing
Appointments are available face-to-face at our West Perth practice or via secure telehealth, providing flexible access for employees across metropolitan and regional Western Australia.
Unlike many EAP providers, Vivid Psychology delivers all services using our own clinicians. We do not subcontract services to external providers, ensuring consistency of care, clinical quality and continuity of treatment.
All referrals, appointment coordination and invoicing are managed directly by Vivid Psychology. We do not charge management or administration fees. Organisations are invoiced only for the services provided.
All services are delivered in accordance with the Psychology Board of Australia and AHPRA professional and ethical guidelines. Employee confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Where ongoing psychological support is required beyond the allocated EAP sessions, employees can continue treatment with the same psychologist where clinically appropriate. Ongoing care may be accessed through a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan (where eligible), private health insurance or privately funded appointments.
Workers’ Compensation and ICWA Clients
Supporting your recovery and return to work
We provide psychological services for clients covered under Workers’ Compensation (WorkCover WA) and Insurance Commission of Western Australia (ICWA) claims.
If you have experienced a work-related injury or trauma, you may be eligible for funded psychological support as part of your recovery and return-to-work plan.
If you’d like to learn more or see whether this support is right for you, you’re welcome to get in touch with our team. We’re here to answer questions, talk through your options, and help you take the next step.
