Grace is an experienced clinical psychologist who takes a collaborative, and holistic approach to therapy.
Rather than viewing symptoms as something to eliminate, Grace work’s alongside clients to understand the function they have served, fostering lasting change through curiosity, self-compassion, and meaningful connection.
Grace has a particular interest in adolescent mental health, and supporting individuals with eating disorders and body image concerns – alongside their carers. In addition to this, she also enjoys supporting children and adolescents through periods of adjustment, as well as women navigating fertility, pregnancy, and early parenthood.
