Charlene is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs across inpatient and community settings.
She believes that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change, and strives to create a collaborative, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported. She works with a wide range of presentations including:

- Stress and Adjustment difficulties,
- Complex trauma
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
- Emotion regulation challenges
- Low self-esteem
She has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, offering support that is affirming, strengths-based, and responsive to their unique experiences. Charlene draws on a range of evidence-based therapies including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Schema Therapy
- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
