Jess is a dedicated and compassionate clinical psychologist with 15 years experience.

Jess has extensive experience with providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals managing complex mental health issues.

With experience in both public and private health sectors, she has a strong commitment to client-focused care. Jess is known for her ability to foster therapeutic relationships and adapt evidence-based techniques to the unique needs of each individual.

Jess has particular experience in the following presentations:

  • psychotic disorders
  • personality disorders.
  • autism, ADHD and neurodivergence
  • adjustment to chronic illness/autoimmune concerns (chronic fatigue, arthritis, POTS etc).
